Odaily reported that Base co-founder Jesse Pollak responded on platform X to the network outage, stating that user funds have always been safe and were not affected by this incident. However, the on-chain outage was unacceptable. The root cause has been identified and fixed, and a comprehensive post-mortem report will be released later. Base will use this event to continuously improve platform stability and reliability, aiming to become the infrastructure supporting 24/7 global financial activity. Jesse Pollak added that once tokenized stocks are launched on Base, lending functionality will also be provided.
