Kalshi is preparing for an IPO, expected to go public after 2027

Odaily Odaily reported that Kalshi, a contract prediction market platform, CEO Tarek Mansour stated that the company is in the early stages of planning an IPO, but made it clear it will not go public in 2026. Kalshi's earliest listing could be between the end of 2027 and 2028. Kalshi was valued at approximately $2 billion at the end of June 2025, and after completing its Series F financing in May of this year, its valuation rose to around $22 billion. Mansour said that as the business and financial scale grow, discussing an IPO is a necessary step.
