According to the IPO coaching filing system on the CSRC official website, InnoGrit Technology Co., Ltd. and its coaching sponsor, Guotai Haitong, have submitted a "Completion Report on Coaching Work" to the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau. InnoGrit filed for coaching on December 19, 2024, and the coaching process lasted one and a half years.

The company is a fabless semiconductor chip design firm, primarily engaged in the design and supply of high-performance SSD controllers, while also providing SSD and storage system solutions.
