CZ: BNB Chain is Developing a New Version with Faster Speeds, Lower Costs, and More Privacy Controls

Odaily Planet Daily News: CZ, during an interview with Alex Thorn, Galaxy's Head of Research on the Galaxy Brains podcast, stated that he is no longer operating an exchange, granting him more time to communicate with developers. He expressed excitement about some new features of BNB Chain. CZ mentioned that BNB Chain is developing its next version, which will achieve faster speeds, lower costs, and incorporate more privacy control features.

CZ also noted that about one to one and a half years ago, he was skeptical about RWAs (Real World Assets), unsure if there would be sufficient trading demand. However, the development speed of RWA products like stablecoins, oil futures, and AI stocks has exceeded expectations, indicating a genuine global user demand for access to such assets.

Furthermore, CZ believes that crypto should not be viewed as a standalone industry, but rather as a technological tool to make financial transactions faster, cheaper, and more transparent. He predicts that the boundaries between traditional finance and the crypto industry will gradually disappear, ultimately forming a more globalized, efficient, and low-cost financial system.
