澜起科技：近日成功送样DDR5第六子代RCD芯片

Odaily reports that Montage Technology stated on its interactive platform that it has recently successfully delivered samples of the sixth-generation DDR5 RCD chip to customers. This chip supports data transfer rates of up to 9200 MT/s, a 15% improvement over the previous generation, meeting the rigorous bandwidth requirements of next-generation server platforms.

The company is the lead developer of the international standard for DDR5 RCD chips. (Jin Shi)
