Nearly 46% of respondents are between the ages of 23 and 30, and over 58% hold a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree. In terms of career preferences, 61% of respondents see "AI and blockchain integration" as the most desirable career path, while another 62% believe that guidance from seasoned industry professionals is most helpful in accelerating career development.
