Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson: The U.S. Must End the Maritime Blockade Within 30 Days

Odaily News: Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Baqaei stated that if Israel continues to occupy Lebanon, it will be considered a violation of the memorandum of understanding, and Iran will take necessary measures. Baqaei noted that the U.S. and Iran have reached an agreement to negotiate a final deal within the next 60 days, and the U.S. must end the maritime blockade within 30 days. Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, both sides have agreed to restore normal maritime traffic within a specific timeframe, a matter to be executed by Iran without the need for participation or intervention from other parties. Iran will cooperate with Oman in developing a management mechanism for the Strait of Hormuz and will exchange views with other countries in the region as needed.
