Trump accuses Obama of 'bribing' Iran with cash in 2015 nuclear deal

Odaily reports that Trump accused former US President Barack Obama of "flying a plane full of cash into Iran" in exchange for Iran's agreement to sign the 2015 nuclear deal.

Speaking at the G7 summit in France, Trump said: "The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) that Obama negotiated – he gave them $1.7 billion in cash, green money, taken out of the bank, loaded onto a Boeing 757, and flown into Iran. They stood right next to the plane, and I have pictures of it. ‘Oh my God, look at all this money he gave us.’" He added: "He tried to buy his way out. I didn't do that... You know what the Iranians did? They mocked Obama, calling him a stupid son of a bitch." (Jinshi)
