SBF continues to write a serialized memoir titled "Manfred" in prison, sending excerpts to a small group of friends and family via the prison email system.

Adhering to a vegan diet, SBF avoids the prison cafeteria, purchases ingredients from the commissary to prepare his own meals, and has compiled a "Vegan Prison Cookbook." SBF spent approximately $135 on a prison tablet and has played the same game around 6,000 times. (New York Magazine)
