Previous job postings from SK Hynix included academic requirements such as "applicants must hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree." After abolishing this requirement, as long as an applicant's work experience, job competencies, and alignment with the corporate culture meet the position's demands, they can apply regardless of their educational background.
