Odaily Salesforce has agreed to acquire Fin, a developer of AI customer agents, for approximately $3.6 billion, further expanding its enterprise AI product portfolio. Fin specializes in AI-powered agent products that can handle customer inquiries across multiple channels including chat, email, phone, and social platforms, and this product will complement the capabilities of Salesforce's self-developed Agentforce.
