In the draft, the United States has agreed to Tehran's dilution of its stockpile of highly enriched uranium, with the relevant mechanism to be discussed within the next 60 days; the United States will waive oil sanctions on Iran for a specific period, allowing Iran to sell oil and generate revenue; Iran will immediately reopen the Strait of Hormuz for passage by all commercial vessels, while the United States will lift its naval blockade; the United States has agreed to unfreeze $25 billion in Iranian assets, to be achieved through methods including direct cash transfers, cooperation with regional countries, and credit lines.
