Iran's official news agency publishes the main framework of the seven-point US-Iran agreement text: The Strait does not grant a role to the United States
Odaily Planet Daily News According to Iran's official news agency, IRNA, the main framework of the agreement text regarding the memorandum of understanding to end the war between Iran and the US includes the following:
1. The nuclear issue remains unchanged. The current memorandum does not involve agreements related to the nuclear issue, and Iran will not make new commitments. Negotiations on the nuclear issue will take place within 60 days after the agreement is signed.
2. The Strait of Hormuz: Neither transferring management rights nor granting a role to the US. Iran will not make any commitments regarding the transfer of management rights for the Strait of Hormuz. Future management arrangements for the strait will be handled as a regional matter, resolved through dialogue and joint decision-making between Iran and Oman.
3. A complete end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
4. Unfreezing Iran's frozen assets through a clear mechanism.
5. War reparations are placed on the agenda.
6. The details of lifting primary and secondary sanctions will be left for discussion in the final agreement.
