People's Bank of China: M2 grew 8.6% year-on-year by end of May, M1 grew 5.5% year-on-year

Odaily reported that the People's Bank of China announced that by the end of May, the broad money supply (M2) balance stood at 353.67 trillion yuan, up 8.6% year-on-year. The narrow money supply (M1) balance was 114.89 trillion yuan, up 5.5% year-on-year. (Jinshi)
