Odaily reported that Nasdaq-listed crypto mining company Ebang International announced that its subsidiary has won the bid for an industrial land parcel in Xinghe County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and plans to build a production base for high-efficiency amorphous and nanocrystalline new materials. It is reported that the project will leverage Inner Mongolia's wind and solar resources as well as clean energy policy advantages, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of amorphous and nanocrystalline new materials. The production base will concentrate on the manufacturing of materials with high magnetic induction and ultra-low loss. Product performance meets the latest transformer energy efficiency standards of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and can be widely applied in scenarios such as photovoltaics, energy storage, new energy power conversion equipment, and smart data centers.
