SK Hynix's multiple equipment suppliers have proposed price increases

Odaily reports that according to South Korea's ETNews, several primary equipment suppliers for SK Hynix have recently proposed price increases, with supply price hikes ranging from 3% to 4%. SK Hynix has requested these suppliers to submit supporting materials to evaluate the price increase applications. Industry insiders point out that while it is common for raw material and component suppliers to negotiate price increases due to significant cost fluctuations, it is relatively rare for equipment suppliers to also propose price hikes.
