Curve Launches Llamalend v2 on Optimism, Supporting Multi-Asset Collateralized Lending

Odaily reports that Curve Finance has launched its lending protocol Llamalend v2 on Optimism as the first phase of a major upgrade, with plans to deploy it on the Ethereum mainnet in the second half of 2026. The new version removes the restriction of only supporting crvUSD, allowing nearly any combination of collateral and lending assets, and introduces LlamaRisk to handle collateral assessment and market management.
