The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is likely to approve SK Hynix's application for listing American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) during the week of June 22. SK Hynix stated in a release: "SK Hynix plans to issue American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) by 2026, but specific details including the scale and timing have not yet been finalized."
