He had previously liquidated these positions when ETH was trading between $2,200 and $2,400. He believes that Bitcoin is still in a downtrend, but since the $61,000 level has been tested twice without breaking down, a rebound is likely. He expects to sell again after a market rebound within 1-3 days.
