US military says maritime blockade against Iranian ports is still in effect

According to Odaily, the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command's Shipping Guidance and Liaison Organization (NCAGS) issued a shipping advisory on the 30th, stating that the maritime blockade measures against Iranian ports are still being implemented, with relevant restrictions covering parts of the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, the Gulf of Oman, and the northern Arabian Sea. On the same day, the Joint Maritime Information Center (JMIC) also released its latest shipping safety bulletin, indicating that the maritime security threat level in the above-mentioned waters remains at a "severe" level, and reminding shipowners, operators, and crew to closely monitor changes in the regional security situation.
