He currently has an unrealized loss of $4.098 million; his ZEC short position currently has an unrealized profit of $5.82 million, and his overall account remains profitable. Garret Jin had previously opened BTC and ETH short positions worth over $1.1 billion just before the 1011 flash crash, generating profits exceeding $160 million; in December last year, he opened long positions for BTC, ETH, and SOL worth up to $700 million, which were later liquidated in a single day, resulting in a loss of $230 million.
