Japanese and South Korean stock markets opened lower

Odaily Odaily reported on May 28 (Thursday) that according to Gate data, the Nikkei 225 index opened down 197.19 points, or 0.30%, at 64,802.22 points. South Korea's KOSPI index opened down 78.27 points, or 0.95%, at 8,150.43 points.
