一季度AI领域融资超1100亿元，国产大模型融资金额暴增

Odaily Planet Daily News: The artificial intelligence venture capital market has been heating up recently. In May, domestic large model companies like Moonshot AI and StepFun secured over 30 billion yuan in financing. Embodied intelligence has also garnered market attention, with VITA Motors and Luming Robotics each receiving billions of yuan in funding within a week.

According to statistics from a venture capital institution, there were nearly 600 financings in the AI sector in the first quarter, totaling more than 110 billion yuan, a year-on-year surge of 185.4%. After securing funding, many AI startups are channeling investments into three main areas.

First is R&D. Top large model companies are expected to invest billions of yuan in R&D in 2025, far exceeding their current revenues. Second is computing power. GPU purchases and cloud service rentals account for 30% to 50% of the financing amount. Third is attracting top global talent and teams. The more invested in R&D, the faster the technological iteration. By 2026, the iteration cycle for Chinese large model companies has generally shortened to within three months, while the cost of AI inference has also dropped significantly, deepening the commercialization process.
