Iranian sources: Related Memorandum of Understanding still awaits final approval from Khamenei

Odaily reported that, according to Reuters: Senior Iranian sources stated that if the memorandum of understanding is approved by Iran's Supreme National Security Council, it will be submitted to the Supreme Leader, Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei, for final approval. (Jin Shi)
