Michael Saylor calls on shareholders to vote to make STRC a semi-monthly dividend-paying digital credit security

Odaily, Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated on platform X that the perpetual preferred stock STRC is poised to become the only security among the 24,000 dividend-paying securities globally to implement "semi-monthly dividend payouts," and called on shareholders to complete their voting as soon as possible.
