The statement said the UAE reaffirms that its relations with Israel are open and transparent, conducted within the framework of the well-known and officially announced Abraham Accords, and are not based on any opaque or unofficial arrangements. Therefore, any claims about undisclosed visits or unannounced arrangements are unfounded unless officially announced by the relevant UAE authorities. On the evening of May 13 local time, the Israeli Prime Minister's Office issued a statement claiming that during the "Roaring Lion" military operation, Prime Minister Netanyahu made a secret visit to the United Arab Emirates and met with UAE President Mohamed. The statement said, "This visit facilitated a historic breakthrough in relations between Israel and the UAE."
