Odaily reported that ZKsync announced on platform X that ScopeLift, a governance service provider, has formally proposed the "ZK Fee Flow System." This proposal aims to utilize a set of smart contracts to allow ZKsync's governance mechanism to distribute and route protocol fees through its controlled on-chain pathways, enabling a more flexible and programmable fee flow and governance framework design.
