WooshPay is a financial infrastructure platform regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. Yunfeng Financial stated that this investment aims to expand the digital payment market and integrate its digital asset infrastructure platform AlphaToken, advancing "AI+Web3" asset tokenization and compliant settlement-related businesses. According to further disclosure, Yunfeng Financial has received approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide virtual asset trading services, supporting users in trading digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum on its platform.
