Kraken has secretly filed for a US IPO with a latest valuation of approximately $13.3 billion

Odaily News: Arjun Sethi, co-CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, confirmed that the company has confidentially submitted its IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Data shows that Kraken's current valuation is approximately $13.3 billion, down from its valuation of around $20 billion in November 2025. The company had previously suspended its listing plans due to market conditions. According to earlier reports, Deutsche Börse has committed to investing approximately $200 million to acquire about 1.5% of its fully diluted equity. (CNBC)
