Odaily News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital disclosed that it sold 370 Bitcoins last week at an average price of $66,632, generating total proceeds of approximately $24.7 million. Its total Bitcoin holdings have now fallen below the 3,000 mark, dropping to 2,989. Additionally, the company disclosed that it has spent approximately $142 million to date to repurchase 24,640,671 shares of common stock. It will continue to sell Bitcoin as needed to fund future stock repurchases and may repay some outstanding debt. (Businesswire)
