Odaily News: The Cyberspace Administration of China has issued a notice soliciting public comments on the "Management Measures for Digital Virtual Human Information Services (Draft for Comments)," proposing to strengthen the management of digital virtual human information services. It specifies that from the commencement of digital virtual human services, service providers, service users, and service providers offering network information content dissemination services should continuously display a prominent notification label containing the words "Digital Human" throughout the display area of the digital virtual human, in compliance with relevant national regulations on labeling AI-generated synthetic content.
