Uniswap Foundation Financial Disclosure: Reserves Reach $85.8 Million, Operational Runway Extends to 2027

Odaily News Uniswap Foundation has disclosed reserves of approximately $85.8 million, which are expected to support its operations until January 2027. It is reported that as of December 31, 2025, the foundation held approximately $49.9 million in cash and stablecoins, 15.1 million UNI tokens, and 240 ETH. In terms of fund allocation, about $106.2 million is designated for ecosystem incentives and grants, while $26.3 million is allocated for operational expenses and employee token rewards. This financial plan supports its operations until early 2027, but the Uniswap Foundation indicated that expectations may be further adjusted as the "UNIfication" governance proposal progresses.
