Bitdeer Signs Agreement to Build Norway's Largest AI Data Center for NVIDIA's Next-Generation Chips

Odaily News Bitdeer's subsidiary, Tydal Data Center AS (TDC), has reached an agreement with Norwegian contractor Data Center Installations AS (DCI) to renovate existing facilities, primarily to support hosting services for NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin AI technology.
Haakon Bryhni, Co-founder and Chairman of TDC, stated that the transformation of the Tydal facility is a cornerstone of Bitdeer's global strategy, aimed at meeting the growing demand for AI data centers. Previously, Bitdeer had liquidated its corporate Bitcoin reserves and plans to raise $300 million through a private placement of convertible senior notes. As of Monday's early trading, Bitdeer's stock price fell by over 2%.
