Etherean developers temporarily deprioritize inclusion of frame transaction proposal, Hegota upgrade focuses on censorship resistance

Odaily News Ethereum core developers have decided not to prioritize the inclusion of the "frame transaction" proposal in the upcoming Hegota upgrade. Supported by Vitalik Buterin, the proposal aims to enhance user experience and strengthen quantum resistance. However, developers believe its implementation complexity is high and could potentially impact the upgrade timeline.

Scheduled for launch in the second half of 2026, Hegota has currently confirmed FOCIL as a key feature to improve the network's censorship resistance.
