Resolv Labs: Approximately 57% of Illegally Issued USR Assets Removed from Circulation, Remaining Portion Frozen

According to official disclosure, out of the approximately 80 million illegally issued USR tokens from the March 22nd attack, around 46 million (approximately 57%) have been removed from circulation through burning and blacklisting. The relevant addresses currently hold no further assets that can be transferred or redeemed. Among these, approximately 9 million USR were burned in two transactions on March 22nd, and another approximately 36 million USR, held as wstUSR in addresses related to the attack, have been blacklisted through a contract upgrade.
