Investors include several industry executives with backgrounds in cryptocurrency and finance. The new funds will be used to promote the development and application of the USDM1 digital sovereign bond. USDM1 is a sovereign financial instrument pegged to the US dollar, aimed at supporting local residents' participation in the UBI program. This asset was launched on the Stellar network in December 2025, and it is reported that it will expand into the institutional market in the future and be used as high-quality collateral.
