CIMG Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Bedrock to Explore Compliant Institutional-Grade DeFi and BTC Liquid Staking

Odaily News CIMG Inc. (Nasdaq: CIMG) announced the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bedrock. The two parties will explore strategic cooperation in compliant institutional-grade DeFi solutions, initially focusing on BTC liquid staking.

Areas of cooperation include institutional-grade BTC liquid staking, institutional on-chain financial access, infrastructure development that meets the compliance and security requirements of financial institutions, and promoting the adoption of compliant DeFi by traditional financial institutions. According to the MoU, CIMG will contribute its expertise in financial compliance and institutional structuring, while Bedrock will provide staking and asset management technology. Both parties will engage in further negotiations regarding specific project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

This MoU is a non-binding document. Any subsequent cooperation is subject to further negotiations and the execution of formal agreements.
