General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council Issue "Regulations on Honest and Clean Practice for Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises", Prohibiting Acceptance of Virtual Currencies and Other Assets

Odaily News The General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council recently issued the "Regulations on Honest and Clean Practice for Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises". Article 7 of the regulations clearly stipulates that leaders of state-owned enterprises must not use their authority or the influence of their positions to seek personal gain. This includes not accepting or soliciting gifts, cash, securities, virtual currencies, and other assets provided by affiliated enterprises, business partners, or management service recipients, nor agreeing to accept such items after resignation or retirement.
