Odaily News Arthur, CEO of DeFiance Capital, posted on the X platform, stating that in the short term, it is unlikely that "TACO" (Trump's last-minute retreat) or a cooling down of the Middle East situation will occur. Currently, both the US and Israel are continuing to exert pressure on Iran.
He pointed out that global supply chains may face further disruptions in the coming weeks. According to a previous report by Axios, the Trump administration is considering occupying or blockading Iran's Kharg Island to force it to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
