Odaily News Cryptocurrency market maker GSR announced the acquisition of Autonomous and Architech for $57 million, aiming to build an integrated capital markets and treasury management platform covering the entire lifecycle of projects from launch to scaling. Following the acquisition, Autonomous will continue to operate independently, providing launch and operational support for tokenized organizations; Architech will become a core component of GSR's digital asset advisory business. This acquisition marks GSR's further transformation into a "one-stop crypto capital markets service provider," strengthening its presence in institutional-grade infrastructure and full-cycle services.

This integration aims to address the current fragmentation and misaligned incentives in the crypto industry across stages such as token issuance, governance design, liquidity, fundraising, and listing strategies by providing coordinated support through a unified architecture.
