JPEX Fraud Case: Lin Zuo and 7 Others Charged with Conspiracy to Defraud and Other Offenses, Case Adjourned to June 1 for Further Hearing

Odaily News: In the alleged fraud case involving virtual asset trading platform JPEX, police have so far charged 16 individuals. Among them, a case involving 8 people, including internet celebrity Lin Zuo and Chen Yi, was heard again yesterday (16th) at the Eastern Magistrates' Courts. Magistrate Gao Weixiong adjourned the case to June 1 for further committal proceedings. During this period, except for the first defendant, Zheng Junxi, who is involved in other cases and must remain in custody awaiting trial, the other defendants were granted continued bail. The 8 defendants consist of 5 men and 3 women, namely: artist Zheng Junxi, internet celebrity Lin Zuo, internet celebrity Chen Yingyi (Chen Yi), internet celebrity "Xiangxiang" Liang Qixiang, Coingaroo Operations Director Ou Zhuojie and General Manager Zhao Jingxian, Xiao Yingqian, and He Jiwen.
