Odaily News: Alex Thorn, Head of Research at Galaxy Digital, stated that if the U.S. crypto market structure bill, the CLARITY Act, does not pass committee review by the end of April, its chances of being passed in 2026 will be "extremely low." He noted that the bill needs to reach the full Senate floor for consideration by early May; otherwise, as legislative time diminishes, the probability of passage will continue to decline.
The report points out that the current dispute over stablecoin yield issues is considered the main obstacle, but topics such as DeFi regulation, developer protection, and the division of regulatory authority may also become focal points in subsequent discussions. (Cointelegraph)
