Fantasy.top Founder Responds to "Soft Rugpull" Allegations: No Investor Funds Used in Past Two Years
According to Odaily, the on-chain card trading platform Fantasy.top has recently faced accusations from angel investors, who claim the team "went missing" after generating millions in revenue and refused to refund approximately $50,000 in investments. Several prominent investors, including Mike Dudas, co-founder of 6th Man Ventures, have stated they have not received any communication from the team.
In response, Travis Bickle, co-founder of Fantasy.top, stated in a post that over the past two years, the company has been entirely self-sufficient through product revenue and has not used any investor funds for operations. Bickle mentioned that the company has now significantly reduced expenses and cut founder salaries, possessing sufficient capital reserves to sustain operations for multiple years. (The Block)
