U.S. Non-Farm Employment Figures for December and January Revised Down by a Total of 69,000

Odaily News According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics: Non-farm payroll employment for December was revised from an increase of 48,000 to a decrease of 17,000; Non-farm payroll employment for January was revised from an increase of 130,000 to an increase of 126,000. After revisions, the combined increase in employment for December and January is 69,000 lower than the previously reported figures. (Jin10)
