The aim is to build a global distributed fund settlement infrastructure within a regulated payment ecosystem, thereby supporting embedded financial services, including post-paid settlement solutions such as Pay Now, Settle Later (PNSL). It also supports the native integration of USD cash flows to expand the circulation of USD cash in a scalable, compliant manner that aligns with the actual operations of cross-border payments.
