MCN Group Acquires NADI Public Chain and Undergoes Comprehensive Strategic Restructuring

Odaily News MCN Group officially announced today that it has completed the full acquisition of the NADI public chain (NADI Chain) and will undergo a comprehensive strategic restructuring.

The two parties plan to integrate their respective strengths in underlying technology and global user resources, fully incorporate the NADI public chain into the MCN ecosystem, and jointly build a new public chain named MCN Chain. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive, multi-dimensional AI + blockchain ecosystem.

According to the acquisition and restructuring plan, the new public chain will uniformly use MCN as its sole official native token. MCN Group will invest funds to deeply empower the new chain in areas such as technology R&D, ecosystem incentives, and market expansion.
