The CFTC is prepared to implement the act during Trump's term, viewing this legislation as a key component in ensuring the United States maintains its leadership position in global innovation. "Now is the time to take action." Selig also revealed that the CFTC will set clearer standards for self-certified prediction market types and plans to issue an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) in the near future to lay the groundwork for more comprehensive prediction market regulations.
