Figure Announces Q4 and Full-Year 2025 Financial Results: Net Profit Soars 574% to $134 Million

Odaily News: Blockchain capital markets company Figure has released its financial report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. In Q4 2025, transaction volume in the consumer loan marketplace reached $2.7 billion, a 131% increase year-over-year. Net revenue grew by 91% compared to the same period last year. Adjusted net revenue was $158 million, a 106% increase from Q4 2024. Net profit rose 156% year-over-year to $15 million.

For the full year 2025, the company's net profit surged 574% year-over-year to $134 million, while net revenue increased 49% year-over-year to $507 million. The transaction volume for its consumer loan marketplace for the full year was $8.4 billion, marking a 63% year-over-year growth.

Additionally, Figure's board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program, allowing the company to repurchase up to $200 million worth of Class A common stock and blockchain common stock over the next 12 months.
