Avalanche Ecosystem Accelerator Colony Announces It Will Cease Operations by the End of Q1 2026
Odaily News: The Avalanche ecosystem fund and accelerator project Colony announced in a Medium statement that after operating in the AVAX ecosystem for approximately five years, the team has decided to officially cease operations by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
The statement pointed out that factors such as the slowdown in ecosystem growth in recent years, weakened capital and project inflows, and changes in core technology and asset governance structures have made it difficult for the project to continue advancing. During the wind-down phase, the team stated that it will not utilize protocol liquidity or community funds, and the related CLY tokens have not been sold or staked. Subsequently, a final distribution will be made to CLY stakers, and the front-end interface will be gradually shut down.
