Odaily According to SBF's post on the X platform claiming that the CLARITY Act would be a significant milestone in the history of cryptocurrency development and a major achievement for Trump, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis responded by stating that SBF is seeking a pardon but fails to realize that the CLARITY Act could lead to him being sentenced to far more than 25 years in prison. She emphasized that her legislative proposal is "completely different" from the bill SBF attempted to purchase from Congress in 2022, and made it clear that "we neither need nor want SBF's support."
